Our company has contracted with the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) to use the “eCounter Platform” (Shareholder Services e-Platform), which allows shareholders to apply for shareholder affairs using a digital signature.
For shareholder matters that are currently available for digital application, please refer to the instructions posted on the “eCounter Shareholder Services e-Platform” via the TDCC website link: https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw/evote/index.html
For other digitized shareholder applications not yet available on the platform, please continue to apply through our designated stock transfer agent (shareholder services unit) using the current method: paper form with your specimen seal impression.
