In order to establish a corporate culture of integrity and sound development, and to establish a reference framework for good business operations, the Board of Directors approved revisions on May 8, 2020. The “Corporate Sustainability Promotion Team” assists the Board of Directors and management in verifying and evaluating whether the preventive measures established to implement integrity management are operating effectively, and regularly assesses compliance with relevant business processes and prepares reports. The Company has stipulated the following in the “Integrity Management Code”: 1. Prohibition of providing or receiving improper benefits and receiving improper benefits; 2. Prohibition of facilitation payments, bribery, and receiving bribes; 3. Handling of political donations, charitable donations, or sponsorships; 4. Conflict of interest avoidance; 5. Organization and responsibility of confidentiality mechanisms (intellectual property rights); 6. Prohibition of engaging in unfair competition; 7. Prevention of products or services from harming stakeholders; 8. Prohibition of insider trading and confidentiality agreements.
