Dip coater is a new technology for microscale and nanoscale coating and Group up has been researched this technology for more than a decade. Preparing for the AI era, together with the rapid development of glass substrate and glass interposer; the need of achieving higher aspect ratio of through-hole vias and lower cost of plating; a new coating technology has to be considered. Dip coating has become one of the attentive candidates that brought out to the table.
Nevertheless, the limit of describing dip coater as a coating technology that used for certain application is not hundred percent accurate. Group Up created a lab and working with world leading companies for different processes. Group Up is optimistic about the potential of dip coater and the opportunities that dip coater may bring.
